The Ultimate Healthy Me!

You might think you're healthy, but are you? Eating healthy is good for you, but there is so much more. So, how can you become the ultimate healthy you??  Anyway, let's talk about how you feel today. Sometimes you feel happy, and other times you might feel sad. When talking about how we feel, we could celebrate happy and exciting things and support people to feel happier when they feel sad or worried. Next, we will be talking about eating a balanced diet. Eating a balanced diet means eating many different types of foods. We should eat healthy food, such as fruit and vegetables.
