You might think you're healthy, but are you? Eating healthy is good for you, but there is so much more. So, how can you become the ultimate healthy you??  Anyway, let's talk about how you feel today. Sometimes you feel happy, and other times you might feel sad. When talking about how we feel, we could celebrate happy and exciting things and support people to feel happier when they feel sad or worried. Next, we will be talking about eating a balanced diet. Eating a balanced diet means eating many different types of foods. We should eat healthy food, such as fruit and vegetables. We could eat other food like cake and chocolate too, but those are unhealthy foods so we shouldn't have those as much. Finally, we are going to talk about personal hygiene. Anzac day is a day to remember the soldiers who died in the war and tried to get rid of the bad guys that were trying to kill them. It was a long war from 1914 to 1918. World war 1 was when soldiers went and fought in  another country. The soldiers were shot by the other soldiers and no one survived the war. They fought at Gallipoli where everyone else was and when the war was on it looked like a desert. They landed at the wrong place. Many soldiers died there.  Anzac Day is also a public holiday when we have parades, eat Anzac biscuits and wear poppies. All the shops were closed on Anzac day at 1 pm.
